There's an old
saying: if you eat a live frog first thing each morning, you'll
have the satisfaction of knowing that it's probably the worst
thing you'll do all day. Using "eat that frog" as a metaphor for
tackling the most challenging task of your day, the one you are
most likely to procrastinate on, but also the one that might
have the greatest positive impact on your life, Eat That
Frog! shows you how to zero in on these critical tasks and
organize your day. You'll not only get more done faster, but get
the right things done.In his trademark
high-energy style, acclaimed speaker and best-selling author
Brian Tracy cuts to the core of what is vital to effective
personal time management: decision, discipline, and
determination. He reminds us: "The purpose of time-management
skills, of eating that frog, and getting more done in less time,
is to enable you to spend more 'face time' with the people you
care about, doing the things that give you the greatest amount
of joy in life."

Easy-to-follow
instructions on organizing your life. I felt there were good
real-life examples. We have started the day-to-day system and
are working on life goals. My husband bought the paperback so we
could look over it again.

Warning!
This book, taken even lightly, will change your life and
wear you out. In the week or so since I downloaded it to my
wonderful Garmin Nuvi 360, I have not been able to stop
working, from dawn to dusk. I was lying in bed in my usual
lethargic way, praying for way to get at least a few things
done that I had been putting off for a year or more when I
started listening. The author of the Eat That Frog, told me
to make a list of what I would do tomorrow and to list the
"frogs" first. I made a list, putting the nastist frogs
first and even put a time that I would do these things. The
next day I realized that I had stumbled upon the answer to
my prayers. In the last week, I have done more than in the
last few years. Download this one and you too will see what
I mean. A terrific bargain, for sure.

Excellent book for those of us who "avoid big frogs"! I
am a health care provider and own a small-to-medium size
health care practice with 10 employees in two locations.
This was a fabulous book that helped me rethink how I
manage all my frogs! I swallowed some big frogs after my
first listen, and gulped down a few more after my second
listen.
