read this book when
it first came out back in the late 70's. The techniques
taught here are as timeless as breathing, and in the sales
world, just as valuable. I continue to use them, with no
exaggeration, everyday. If you have to deal with people in
your job, in your business or as a salesman, this will increase
your confidence and effectiveness 5 fold.
